Medical Director and CEO
Dave received a Bachelor’s Degree from Xavier University (Ohio) in 1991 and Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1996. He completed his Surgical Residency from Good Samaritan Hospital (Ohio) in 2001, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Member of the Montana Medical Association, the American College of Phlebology and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound. Dave moved to Missoula from his lifelong home in Cincinnati in 2001 to practice General, Vascular and Trauma surgery. He started the Bellamah Vein Center in 2014 so he could focus, exclusively, on treating lower extremity vein disease. Dave enjoys cooking, the outdoors, going to the movies and Griz athletics.
Originally from Cleveland, Jenn moved to Missoula in 1998. She studied Surgical Technology at the University of Montana College of Technology, and graduated in 2009. She worked in the OR at St. Patrick Hospital for 4 years, where she first worked with Dr. Bellamah. Jenn graduated from the University of Washington’s MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant program in the fall of 2015. She has been married for 15 years to her husband Terry, and has a dog and 2 cats. Jenn loves to hike, fish and spend time outdoors, and enjoys reading, crocheting and spending time with her family.
Chief Operating Officer
Amy is an RN and a Registered Dietitian. She received her undergraduate degree from Denison University (Ohio) in 1988, her Dietetics education from The Christ Hospital (Ohio) in 1991 and her RN from The Christ Hospital School of Nursing in 1998. She lives in Missoula with her husband Jack and teenage daughters Emma and Grace, after moving from Cincinnati in 2014. Amy is an avid runner, enjoys hiking, playing tennis and spending time with family.
Vein Care Coordinator
Lily has been with Bellamah Vein Center since before the doors officially opened. She handles insurance authorizations and appeals, scheduling and other office tasks. Lily enjoys shopping, baking, cooking and decorating, which can all be seen at BVC from cupcakes to peach cobbler to office décor. She also spends time with her husband, Jared, step-daughter, Elli, and her fur-babies, Jax and Zoe.
Wendy is a Registered Sonographer with AAS Degree in Vascular Ultrasound and Cardiac Ultrasound. She received her Vascular Degree in 2009 and her Cardiac Degree in 2010, from Spokane Community College. She lives in Missoula with her husband Josh and daughter Grace, after moving from Spokane in 2010. Wendy enjoys cooking and playing volleyball in her leisure time..
Kristi is a Registered Vascular Technician. She received her AAS Degree in Vascular Ultrasound from Spokane Community College in 2009. She lives in Missoula, after moving from Helena in 2013, with her husband Kevin and has two daughters, Bailey and Carlee. Kristi likes to spend time with her girls and her friends, as well as paddleboard, fish and hike.
Angela is a Registered Phlebology and Cardiac Echo Ultrasound Technologist. She received Associates Degrees in Noninvasive Cardiology and Associates of Art from Spokane Community College in Spokane, WA. She lives in Missoula with her husband Jon, daughter Allison and son James, after moving from Spokane, WA in 2008. Angela enjoys spending time with her kids, arts & crafts, and reading.
Katie is a Certified Medical Assistant. She assists Dr. Bellamah, Physician Assistant Jenn and other members of the clinical team in all aspects of patient care, including consultations, wound care and surgical procedures. Kate and her husband Mark have two daughters, Remy Lynne and Tyler Ann, as well as their “fur baby”, Mesa Sky. She enjoys dirt biking, fishing, time at the cabin, cooking, photography and family time.
Registered Nurse- BA, MS, RN
Noelle is a Registered Nurse who has worked at Bellamah Vein Center since 2015. Noelle earned an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a graduate degree in Biology from the University of Utah. She spent 15 years doing biological research in academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical settings before changing to a rewarding career in nursing. Noelle enjoys interacting with patients and is proud to be a part of the caring team at Bellamah Vein Center. Most of her free time is spent with her husband, a professor of Biology at the University of Montana, and her two kids, enjoying the many outdoor activities Montana has to offer.
Culley is a Health Care Assistant with more than 20 years of experience in the field. A native of Eastern Montana, she loves the outdoors, especially wildflowers, hiking, and cross country skiing. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and her Jack Russell doggie.
Annie is a Medical Assistant, bringing over 30 years of specialized Emergency and Surgical experience. Annie and her husband Jeff moved from Wisconsin to Seeley Lake in 2016. She enjoys exploring all the outdoor beauty Montana has to offer with Jeff and their dog, Brutus.
Lead Front Desk Associate
Kayla is the lead front desk associate for Bellamah Vein Center. She also works as a personal assistant and serves as Treasurer for the Montana State Thespians. Originally from the East Coast, Kayla enjoys the theatre, shopping, being with friends, traveling and coffee.
Front Desk Associate
Amanda has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Communication. She was born and raised in Missoula and enjoys spending her free time outdoors. Amanda and her husband, Dustin, have 5 dogs that they enjoy avidly hiking with. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling around the globe, skiing, biking, kayaking, hiking, running, camping and gardening.
Front Desk Associate
Mary has her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, splitting her time between St. Joseph’s Elementary and Bellamah Vein Center. Mary and her husband, Dylan, recently welcomed their first born child, Reagan. Mary and Dylan enjoy spending their free time hiking and camping.
