Dave received a Bachelor’s Degree from Xavier University (Ohio) in 1991 and Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1996. He completed his Surgical Residency from Good Samaritan Hospital (Ohio) in 2001, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Member of the Montana Medical Association, the American College of Phlebology and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound. Dave moved to Missoula from his lifelong home in Cincinnati in 2001 to practice General, Vascular and Trauma surgery. He started the Bellamah Vein Center in 2014 so he could focus, exclusively, on treating lower extremity vein disease. Dave enjoys cooking, the outdoors, going to the movies and Griz athletics.
